EWRB - Energy & Water Reporting for Buildings
Our company specializes in providing comprehensive Energy and Water Reporting and Benchmarking (EWRB) services for buildings in Ontario. We understand the complexities of the EWRB regulation and are dedicated to ensuring that your building complies with the reporting requirements. Our team of experts will handle the collection, analysis, and submission of your energy and water consumption data, using the ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager tool. We aim to simplify the reporting process for you, allowing you to focus on your core business activities while contributing to a more sustainable and efficient built environment. With our service, you can rest assured that your building's EWRB reporting is accurate, timely, and in full compliance with Ontario's regulations.

Fee for EWRB Data Collection, Data Entry, and Submission: $300 per building
Data Verification (for buildings ≥100,000 sq. ft. every 5 years): $150 per building

ALL FEES ARE BASED ON ONGOING REPORTING AND DATA VERIFICATION REPORT SUBMISSIONS. INITIAL PROPERTY SETUP FOR FIRST YEAR SUBMISSIONS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THESE FEES.
